Say Yes Guilford Certification Form Now Online

GREENSBORO, NC (February 17, 2016) – Say Yes Guilford has launched an online certification form that Guilford County Schools seniors need to complete in order to qualify for “last-dollar” tuition and other postsecondary scholarships. A link to the form is located online at www.sayyesguilford.org.

The certification form requires students to establish an account with Say Yes Guilford and include guardian, contact, and demographic information. The account will remain active until the student graduates from his or her postsecondary institution.

In addition to completing the Say Yes Guilford certification form, students must also complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), found online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Completing and submitting the FAFSA is the first step toward determining financial aid needs for college and is a requirement for qualifying for a Say Yes scholarship.

Guilford County Schools’ seniors and parents can get computer access to complete the FASFA and certification forms at public libraries located in Greensboro and High Point.
