Starting with students entering college in the fall of 2018, Say Yes Guilford is offering a limited number of scholarships to eligible Say Yes scholars admitted to HBCU’s.

Current high school students and their parents are invited to a free “Say Yes to College” event from 4-7:30 pm Thursday, December 14 at GTCC Jamestown.

The National College Access Network (NCAN) and the Kresge Foundation have awarded Say Yes Guilford $75,000 for winning the FAFSA Completion Challenge.

Say Yes Guilford honored five schools that had the greatest percentage of seniors complete the FAFSA in 2016-17 compared to the same period of time (by weeks) in 2015-16.

Nadia Del Valle, National Program Director for Say Yes to Education, has been appointed Interim Executive Director of Say Yes Guilford.

The Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro Future Fund endowment has granted $20,000 to Say Yes Guilford.
